Just got back from a last minute trip to Kentucky. We were there for 2 days. You have to be resourceful when your stuck out on a mountain and want to work out. So, I made a circuit with a huge log, a peice of firewood, Three giant tires and one steep mountain off in the middle of nowhere. We got back yesturday. Trained this morning in Fairfax. I went and rolled with Dave Jacobs. Then we hit pads at Clinch and did some of Luke's crawls.
